470 kg of ghost gear recovered
MRPO brought together divers, volunteers and coastal partners to recover abandoned fishing gear at Koh Rong. The campaign involved 50 participants, including 17 volunteer divers.

A joint coral spawning survey
Agence Kampuchea Presse named MRPO among the partners involved in the March survey. Teams used night dives to document coral spawning and reef conditions.
AKP published its account on 16 March 2026. Xinhua also reported on the survey. MRPO's 2026 work plan includes developing a reef monitoring plan with partners, building on collaborative fieldwork.
