Koh Rong and Samloem: original habitat and village maps

Fauna & Flora’s companion maps show habitats, coastal land use and village infrastructure around Koh Rong and Samloem.

When and how these maps were made

The English map legends identify satellite imagery from March 2023, aerial imagery and field inspections. Village boundaries came from the local land-management authority. The map sheets do not provide a quantified positional-accuracy assessment or a named coordinate reference system.

These lightweight previews retain the full map page and legend. Full-resolution originals are linked separately.

How to use the maps

Use them as dated cartographic evidence. Their drawn habitat shapes have not been converted into new atlas boundaries. A mapped land-use category is not a measure of habitat condition, and the sheets do not establish change since 2023.
